Canadian jazz pianist and singer Diana Krall is the only artist to have debut eight albums at number one on Billboard's Jazz Albums chart. Krall began her career in 1993 with the release of her debut album, Stepping Out, but it was her third studio album, All for You: A Dedication to the Nat King Cole Trio (1996), that brought her mainstream attention when it was nominated for a Grammy Award. The album charted on the Billboard jazz charts for 70 weeks. Over the years, Krall's career as a renowned jazz artist has gone from strength to strength, and to date she has had nine gold, three platinum, and seven multi-platinum albums certified by the RIAA. She has also won five Grammy Awards and eight Juno Awards, among many others. Her most recent release was a joint album with veteran big band singer Tony Bennett, called Love Is Here to Stay (2018).
